Rapid die change
New, automatic clamping technology and a built-in die crane enable fast and straightforward die changing.
No more a bottle neck
The new Kiermar ADP is automated deep drawing as you have never seen it before. Fast cycle time due to simplified hydraulic movement without upper ram. The punching time is not stressed and will be equal to known and accepted time. This unique and patented press design performs a full press cycle faster than any other hydraulic press.
Powerful deep drawing of virtually any shape
You can produce almost anything on a Kiermar ADP: single or double sinks, food containers and automotive parts. The flexible and powerful design performs the highest quality deep drawing possible.
– up to 60%
Kiermar ADP delivers faster than a conventional press – and needs only a fraction of the energy. Cooling requirements are also very low due to the extremely low power consumption. In comparison the ADP consumes 60% less energy than conventional presses. Noise level is also extremely low due to the minimized movement and the operations taking place in a closed press room. Good for the environment, your economy and your employees.
Installation made easy, fast and inexpensive
The ADP is not only fast; it is also remarkably small. It comes as a preassembled unit - fitting in a standard container. An installed press is only 4 meters high (including the optional tool crane) and weighs approx. 26 tons. There is no need for the traditional sub-floor pit as the Kiermar ADP is placed directly on the floor.
Use your existing dies
There is no need for new dies on a Kiermar ADP. With just a few minor adjustments, any standard press die will fit into your new press – and you will get the full advantage of the Kiermar's advanced die changing and clamping technology.
Automated die change – in less than 10 minutes
New, automatic clamping technology and a built-in die crane enable fast and straightforward die changing. A complete die change can be executed in less than 10 minutes.
Low maintenance costs
In an ADP press, the hydraulic and electrical systems are located inside the press and below the die cart, which allow for quick inspection and servicing. Pumps, piping system and cablings are compact, orderly and easy to access. Most maintenance work is done at floor level and all electrical and hydraulic components are standard from the very best world-class manufacturers.
Salary costs are very low due to automated production. The machine itself replaces two robots. With attractive pricing, low transportation and installation costs, substantial energy savings, superfast die changing and an extremely short press cycle, the Kiermar ADP presses will pay back on your investment faster than alternative production systems. Scrap costs are low due to no risk of oil dripping on blanks.
